Like baseball, learn more about it from a guy who has mastered the art of storytelling

Two of my favorite things in the world are watching a good baseball game and reading a good book. That’s why I’m pretty excited to see one of my favorite former freelancers, during my time as sports editor of the Round Rock Leader, is signing copies of his new book July 7, at 2 p.m. at the Barnes & Noble at Austin’s Arboretum.

Clay Coppedge’s “Texas Baseball: A Lone Star Diamond History from Town Teams to the Big Leagues,” is sure to delight any fan of baseball and/or just great writing craftsmanship. For a taste of what makes Mr. Coppedge a must-read, check out some of his work  here.
